Dukhi India drops to 122 on Happiness Index

Happiness”Mahatma gandhi said about happiness once that it is when what you think,You speak and you act is in harmony”.But this thing is completely invisible from our country despite of the ideal “ACCHE DIN”.India has dropped from 122nd position to 118th among 155 countries according to 2017’s “World Happiness index”.Topping by Norway followed by denmark and iceland.

Now,the question arises why is India so sad? Everything from poor life expectancy rate to lack of employment to lack of social support and trust in government.

India ranked in the bottom major factors are income, life expectancy rate,GDP per capita income has although improved but it is proved again that Money can’t Buy Happiness.

We always compare ourselves with china in asia but even Pakistan and Bangladesh are Far ahead of India.

People from central african republic are the most unhappiest with their livelihood.According to the survey followed Burundi(154),Tanzania(153),Syria(152) and rawanda(151).

Published by the United Nations Sustainable development  Solutions Network which was released on Monday at UN.This report also records a decline of U.S.A on the Happiness Scale, because of social issues rather than the economic ones.
Norway didn’t secure the position because it is an oil-rich countries. They have isolated them from the boom and bust cycles.

To this to our country we need to have high levels of mutual trust,Shared purpose and Good Governance.
